Kurko Woods Ranch & Retreat is conceptualized and developed by Giorgi Margvelashvili and his mountaineering friends. The Ranch is located 40 minutes drive from Tbilisi, offering you an escape from the busy Urban lifestyle. Alongside our main attraction, Horse Riding, Kurko Woods invites you to experience the alcohol distillation process and taste authentic Georgian traditional dishes.
 
At KurkowWoods , the guiding principle of the club extends beyond Equestrianism. We have taken great care to construct small cottages primarily using natural and recycled  materials. Many of the elements you find here, including the structures and furnishings, have been handcrafted using recycled materials, some of which come from our own families and friends. We are committed to sustainability , aiming to leave the smallest possible footprint on the environment.

Georgia Equestrian Experience is a partnership between commercial organizations: Kurko Woods, Lost Ridge Ranch and TVET college - Adventure Tourism School. Within the framework of the project, Kurkowoods also plans to develop the potential of Dusheti as a tourist destination, raise the qualifications of local staff, and actively involve them in the activities of Kurkowoods.
